What is Chameleon? Not a messenger — a privacy overlay that sits on top of WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, browser, and any other app. It automatically encrypts and decrypts text in real time using XChaCha20-Poly1305. Your contacts need Chameleon too. One-time key exchange (QR), then it works silently in the background.
